Great Bend Airfest Sponsorship Opportunities
Airfest 2018 looks to be an historic event for all Kansans, and a real treasure for Great Bend. This September 28-30, 2018 we will host the only two airworthy B-29 Superfortresses in existence. Great grandchildren through great grandparents will have this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get up close and personal with America’s most advanced bombers of World War II. You can even buy rides on the B-29.
Returning to Great Bend this year will be P-51 “Gunfighter” Larry Lumpkin with rides for sale, T-33 “Acemaker”, AC-47 Spooky, C-1A “Miss Belle”, Doug Jackson “Tora 101”. We also expect to have a Stearman, C-45, and the T-6 Texan.
We are excited about Lockwood's Warhorses appearance which is a local group involved in the restoration and presentation of many rare and historic military vehicles. Also featured includes Live entertainment, such as the “Ladies for Liberty”, accompanied by the local Jay Bennett Band, will follow a veterans recognition ceremony, including a free 1940’s swing dance demonstration and instruction. You’ll find lots of food and fun activities for everyone.
This event was designed to provide all generations with a history lesson on this 75th anniversary of Great Bend Army Airfield(GBAAF).

The average admission price for an airshow in America was calculated at $17.50 for adults and $7.50 for children). With your support, Airfest 2018 intends to charge a much lower admission.
PLEASE HELP US REDUCE THOSE PRICES!
We’re striving to make these 3 days an amazing experience, but your support will make it the most affordable for the most people.

Please help us make this Great Bend’s most affordable and memorable event. Become a sponsor. Call if you have questions.
